I was totally bummed out last weekend. Was bumming around the whole two days. No plans. No destinations. No late nights. Zilch. I felt like I was quarantined.
Ok..on Saturday morning, went for a short trip to the nearby neighbourhood market for breakfast with both my bros. Wanted to rent VCDs but was turned down when I wanted to open up an account with them. The reason for the reject? LAME I tell you! They require your IC so I handed him mine. The moment he turned over the IC, immediately he apologised. Why?? Cause my address is at Marine Terrace! The shop's located at Tampines. Hello! Do I look like one who would rent your CDs and not return them?! C'mon lah! Chetz!! So I went home empty handed. Bleargh!
Fetched my sis from her school. She came back from her 2 days-1 night Bintan school trip. She bought me a green top! Just what I needed! Isnt she LOVE?!?! Thanks Sis!! She sure knows me..!
Sunday, Mum was working. Dad wanted me to cook the green beans porridge. Mum wanted to cook Rendang. Initially, she asked me to just get the ingredients ready. But I ended up cooking the whole dish. Recipe? From a magazine. Hmmm...outcome? I would say, oklah. Mum said I should have cooked the meat a while longer. Ok Mum. Noted. Can cook again next time.
Friday, first argument ever! It was pretty ugly. Kinda lost my way. Was supposed to go point A but I ended up at point B. I dunno what happened to me that night. Im usually (quite) good with my way around. But on THAT particular night, I wasnt myself behind the wheels. Chetz! Embarrassing!! Ok. And so it was my fault. Im sorry.
Im now kinda hooked to this one song entitled "Jangan Bilang Tidak" (READ: Dont Say No) by Raffi Ahmad & Ayushita from the soundtrack 'Bukan Bintang Biasa' (READ: Not A Usual Star). Nope. No particular reason. Just that the lyrics caught my attention...
