It's the beginning of a brand new week.
And I had to start it off with a flu. Phelgm. Mucus. Eeeww. So much for thinking that I've not been down for quite some time. Chetz!
I bet everyone's looking forward to this Thursday's National Day holiday. Weeeee!! No mood to work. Zilch. What more banana's not in town. Seems like everyone's free....! Forwarding vidz via the company's mail, doing birthday cards, surfing, and of course, updating blogs/multiply/friendster. 'Eat salary blind' (direct translation for Malay's Makan Gaji Buta).
I had a haircur over the weekend. It's short! Booooohooooo!! I actually thot of cutting Rihanna's style. But the hairdresser said that my hair's too wavy for that look. I then picture myself looking like a mushroom. Mwahahaaaa!! So she had it layered, just like how Marlisa suggested. And the result....I'm lovin' it! Freako said I look like a secondary school student. Yes sir. I know it's nice to keep long hair. But sometime you need to have a new look. Been having the long hair style for quite some time. Time for a freash, new look. Tho Im hijjab-ed, it's for my own eyes to feast on.
Saturday was girls night out! Kuz Sally, Kuz Minah, Kuz Uti, Freako & urs truly was out at town. Kuz Uti wanted to treat us to fondue @ Haagen Dasz! Yesss ah! Ouh wait. I forgot to mention another name. Abg Fahmy! (Oi Abg Fahmy! You ingat Fondue 24 hours ke?!)We had dinner at Dahlia Cafe (Kuz Minah's scandal shop). After which we went for Kuz Minah's shopping spree @ Topshop. Kuz Sally & Abg Fahmy paid for the stuff. Bought two boxers for myself & Freako's. Thank you Kuz Sally. U very the stubborn hor. Told u to take the $$ but u dont want. Thank you again. Then we headed to Centrepoint's Haagen Dasz but was turned away as they were closing at 2200hrs. We were there at about 2145hrs. So we turned & made our way to....CLARKE QUAY! Yeah! The CLUBs heaven! MOS! What's a hijjab-ed lady doing at Clarke Quay?! But we were left with no choice. Had to wait as our names were on the waiting list. We waited for approx 45 minutes but when the fondue came to our table, it was swept clean in less than 30 minutes. Yup! We were practially gobbling down every single pieces of it! It was yummilicious! I was starting to have sore throat then but I just swallowed the pieces down, washed it wih warm water. It wasnt so bad. Abg Fahmy, Freako & Uti was starting to have sore throats too. Nooo..it started even before the fondue. It was the fondue's fault. That was the starting point of my flu. Weeee!Sent them all (except for Abg Fahmy) home and reached Tampines at abt 0130hrs. Fuuuhh! And guess what?? Freako & I were being 'followed'. It sure was one hell of an experience. Nope. Not being followed by a freak. But more of....never mind. Shant scribble more. Goosebumps!Thank you Kuz Uti for the wonderful & yummilicious fondue! Can we have it again?? (chetz! very the tak tau malu one).Till the next one..peace.
