Glad you had a fantabulous time hunz!

Sis Yana a.k.a. Miss D, was blinfolded from Lido to Royal Plaza on Scotts. Yeap! She was! THAT was the main thing for the day. We were to celebrate her belated 24th. They treated me to an all expenses paid trip to Sentosa. So me and the others came up with this.
She was to be blinfolded to our 1st stop, Carousel, for Hi-Tea. Then 2nd stop at Amore Spa and finally The Minds' Cafe. She didnt have the slightest idea what or where we were going on that day.

Needless to say, we caught the attention of the shoppers, walkers, chillers around. They were pointing to Yana and muttering amongst themselves. I did not have the slightest intention to catch attention but this was the only way to surprise her. Well, at least to what i can think of. I mean, it was a Saturday afternoon. How do you expect Town to be?? Souless?? To heck with them all. The plan had to go on. I was embarassed at first but then i ignored the stares and smiled at them instead. Be it Japs, Westerners, Mamats & Minahs, Aunties & Uncles & fellow peeps. Freako was vidzing the 'B' walk. Hahahaaa! Yana was initially very hesitant when i told her that she was to be blinfolded. But hey! I was the BOSS for the day. My words are to be your command! *EVIL LAUGHTER*

When we arrived at Royal Plaza, the bellboy waved to us and signalled that he would like to walk Yana up the stairs. So I handed Yana over to him, with Yana of course being very all ''norin-where-are-you-going?!?!" kinda thing. This time everyone around that place was obviously looking at the scene. Poooooor Yana. Hey gurl, it was YOUR day. Once outside Carousel, i quickly went in (Shimah & Wati were already at our table waiting with the cake) and told them to get ready. After which i led Yana in and TADAAA!!! She shrieked! Hehee..

pardon the lighting. errmm..no comments...

2nd stop was Amore Spa. Fuuhh!! What a spoiled treat. And our last stop was Minds' Cafe at Purvis Street. All the madness took place there. Ahakz! We played games for 2 whole hours. The place is, hmm...very noisy but very ''everyone-can-enjoy-themselves". Know what im sayin?

i dunno what was up with all the 8941234864 shots taken. most of them are wee bit dark. sorry yah...

A classic squeeze is a MUST!!

Heheeee...Kecohs!! Thank you Freako a.k.a. Mak Ngah for gracing this auspicious occasion. Cheyy..dah macam some formal thingy like dat ey. Heheee. And of course, thank you to my sistas for making this all possible. Had a wonderful time on Saturday! Gue sayang banget sama kalian semua!

Next up, Shimah!!!

Did i mention that i caught Sweeney Todd on the 1st day of CNY with Yana & Wati?

Johnny Depp's face can be made up into practically any looks. Just like in Charlie & Choc Factory, he didnt look like him at all! And this one too. He plays Sweeney Todd, a barber who wanted to avenge for the cruel, unjust punishment that took away his beautiful wife and daughter. He paid this by slitting throats using that precious, shiny blade which he calls 'My Friend'. Eeeewww!! Blood-splaterring, gothic-era, grotesque piece by Tim Burton. I was practically covering my eyes towards the end of the show. Thank God I didnt buy popcorns/nachos. Would've puked.

That show reminded me of 'The Nightmare before Christmas'. Heheheee...I can say that this is a revised version of Edward The Scissorhands. Just that this time, the blade is not attached to his hands. Overall, it is just an average piece. If u have nothing to watch, then u can watch this. Not for the weak-heart.

*sings* "there was a barber and his wife...and she was beauuuutifuuul"

Ouh! It was a musical by the way.

But...whatever is it...Johnny Depp is still HAWT!! *fans myself*

Chaoz!!
