didnt eat proper lunch today. dad made some french toast in the morning. so grabbed a few pieces. three pieces to be specific. the 3 pieces plus a cup of milo. at the end of it, i decided not to have lunch. was full to the brim. heh.
headed to watsons' to buy some toiletries. went back to the office with digestives & nutri soy (reduced sugar). that was my lunch. hah!
my body feels like a dough waiting to be kneaded. more like the dough for pizza crust that needs some punching & kneading. fuuhh! whole body's like aching. feeling so heavy. muscles all tangled up. what do you get when you add these two together?

now...where can we get that on this small little island of ours?? where?? even if there is one, it'll cost a bomb. average price for a session in a small room costs like 60 odd moolahs. i am sure you can more or less gauge the price if it is by the beach.
changi? east coast? west coast? sentosa? raffles marina? tuas? cheapest, i reckon, might be at tuas. heh.
when was the last time i went for a full body massage. let me see...
i cant even remember! or wait. was it on sis yana's 24th birthday celebration when we treated her to amore? yes..yes..that was the last time. and that was last year lah, can? ohmigosh!

my dearest anas has gone thru the 'ns' ceremony. his hair was all snapped by his dad. hehee. and now, he looks oooo round! macam nak gigit2 aku tgk kan!
